AdvisorSuite Financial and AdvisorSuite Insurance · Last updated 2 August 2026
These terms cover the AdvisorSuite calculator products — AdvisorSuite Financial and AdvisorSuite Insurance — however you use them: as a WordPress plugin, a Chrome extension, or a Zoom app. By installing or using them, or by buying a licence, you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the products.
A one-time payment. Not a subscription. There is no recurring charge, no auto-renewal, and no card kept on file for future billing. You pay once, and the licence does not expire.
Every calculator works for free without paying anything. What the payment unlocks is:
Licences are sold in bands based on how many advisors will use the product:
| Solo | 1 advisor — $49 Financial · $79 Insurance |
|---|---|
| Small team | 2–10 advisors — $149 Financial · $249 Insurance |
| Firm | 11–50 advisors — $399 Financial · $599 Insurance |
| Enterprise / MGA | More than 50 advisors, or agency-wide deployment — priced individually |
The two products are licensed separately. A Financial licence does not unlock Insurance, and vice versa. If the number of advisors using the product grows past your band, please upgrade to the correct band.
Your licence key is issued to the email address you paid with, and it is personal to you or your firm and non-transferable. You may not sell, sublicense, rent, lend, publish, or otherwise pass your key to anyone outside the firm it was bought for, and you may not post it anywhere publicly.
If a key is shared or published, we may deactivate it without a refund. If your firm is acquired, merges, or changes name, contact us and we will move the licence to the new entity — that is fine, we just need to know.
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided your licence key has not been activated. Email us and we will refund the payment to the card you paid with.
Once a licence key has been activated, the purchase is non-refundable. Activation is the moment the key is entered and the paid features are unlocked for you.
We take that position because of how this product is sold. It is instant-delivery software — your key is issued and shown to you on screen the moment payment completes — and, more importantly, every calculator is fully functional before you pay anything. You can install the WordPress plugin, the Chrome extension, or the Zoom app and run all seven calculators with real figures for as long as you like, at no cost. Paying unlocks your own branding and the save, CSV export, and PDF download tools; it does not unlock the calculations themselves. There is nothing you need to buy in order to evaluate whether the product suits you.
This does not affect any refund right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.
To be clear about what is and is not restricted: the AdvisorSuite WordPress plugins are released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later, and nothing in these terms takes away any right that licence gives you over the plugin code.
The restriction above applies to your licence key — the credential that unlocks white-label branding and the export tools, and which is tied to your email address. The key is not part of the GPL-licensed code.
This is the most important thing on this page.
Every figure the products produce is a simplified projection based only on the numbers entered. Outputs are for illustrative purposes only. They are not financial, insurance, investment, tax, or legal advice, and they are not a quote, an offer of coverage, a guarantee of any result, or a substitute for a real insurer's illustration or a full financial plan.
Real outcomes will differ. Actual returns, rates, and fees vary. Actual premiums, benefits, and costs vary by insurer, age, health, underwriting, and policy terms. Methods such as DIME are deliberately simplified starting points, and the products do not account for tax treatment, government benefits, inflation beyond any rate you enter, or your client's full circumstances.
These are professional tools for licensed advisors. You remain fully responsible for any advice you give, for checking every figure before relying on it or showing it to a client, and for meeting your own regulatory, licensing, and suitability obligations. You are responsible for the inputs you enter and the conclusions you draw.
Please do not:
White-labelling lets you present the calculators under your own firm's branding — that is exactly what it is for. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying product to you, and it does not let you resell the calculators as your own software product.
The products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the products will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any calculation will be free of mistakes, or that results will meet your requirements. You use them at your own risk.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost business, lost data, or reputational harm, arising out of or relating to the products — even if we were told such damages were possible.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the licence in question. If you are using a free tier and have paid us nothing, our total liability is nil.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
We may update, change, or discontinue any part of the products. Because the calculators run entirely in your browser and your licence does not expire, an installed copy keeps working regardless. The licensing site and the licence-check API are provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee.
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above will change, and material changes will be announced on this page. Continuing to use the products after a change means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you agree to that venue.
