Privacy Policy

AdvisorSuite makes calculator tools for financial and insurance advisors, distributed as a WordPress plugin, a Chrome extension, and a Zoom app. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, and what we do not do with it. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

Only what is needed to sell you a licence and confirm it is yours:

Your email address	You enter it at checkout. It is the identifier your licence is tied to, and the only way to look your licence up again if you lose the key.
Your licence key	Generated by us at purchase (for example `ASF-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX`) and stored alongside your email so we can confirm it is valid when the product asks.
Purchase record	Which product you bought (Financial or Insurance), which tier, a Stripe payment reference, and the date the licence was issued.

That is the complete list. We do not collect your name, address, phone number, or company details, and we do not ask you to create an account or a password.

What we do not collect

Nothing you type into a calculator. Every calculation runs entirely inside your own browser. Incomes, debts, coverage amounts, client figures — none of it is ever transmitted to us, and none of it is stored anywhere. It disappears when you close the page.
No payment card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own pages. We never see or receive your card number.
No tracking. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party scripts, and no tracking cookies on our site or in our products.

How we use it

Your email and licence key are used for one purpose: to issue your licence at purchase, and to confirm it is valid when you activate the product. When the plugin or extension checks a licence, it sends the email and key, and receives back only whether the pair is valid and which tier it is.

We do not send marketing email. We do not add you to a mailing list. If we ever want to email you about anything other than your purchase, we will ask you first.

Where it is stored

Licence records are stored using Netlify Blobs, the managed storage service of our hosting provider, Netlify. All traffic to and from our site and API is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, and the stored data is not publicly accessible.

Who else can see it

We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing. There is no advertising network, data broker, or analytics company involved in any part of this product.

Two service providers necessarily process data on our behalf in order for the product to function at all:

Stripe — processes your payment and receives your email address to send your receipt. See stripe.com/privacy.
Netlify — hosts the site and stores licence records. See netlify.com/privacy.

They act as processors for us and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if legally required to do so.

Where your data lives in the products

After you activate a licence, your email and key are also saved locally so you do not have to re-enter them:

WordPress plugin — saved in your own WordPress site's settings, on your own server. We have no access to it.
Chrome extension — saved in Chrome's own synced extension storage, under your Google account. We have no access to it.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep a licence record for as long as the licence is valid, which — because these are one-time purchases with no expiry — means indefinitely, so that you can always recover your key.

You can ask us to delete your record at any time by emailing the address below. We will remove it, and confirm once it is done. Deleting the record permanently deactivates the licence it belongs to, so please only ask if you no longer intend to use the product. You may also ask us for a copy of what we hold about you.

Children

These are professional tools for advisors. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date at the top will change with it. Material changes affecting how we use data you have already given us will be announced on this page.
